Shipping Policy
All orders take 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 4 - 5 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, Speed Post will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail, fax or by phone.
Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm . We can also make special arrangement to speed up shipment delivery process at an extra cost of US$30, which is processing fee.
There are no express or overnight deliveries available as we ship from Hong Kong and it will take 3-5days. Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or cancelled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind for another Item; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures related to exchange. We at Staccini.com are not responsible for fees associated with international orders that are subject to applicable customs fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes as well as any costs incurred due to the transport, arrival, and refusal of a package. Staccini.com claims no responsibility for return shipping concerning returned items shipped by customer between the point of shipment and receivable. Complete the following steps to track your order:
- Choose the option by which you requested to ship.
- Enter your Tracking number for the item you wish to track.
After we dispatch shipment w e send you shipment Tracking number you can login to our website to track the Shipment, please be rest assured that your order is on its way.
- Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours.
- Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method
- Oversized Items/Bulk Shipment require special shipping arrangements, and may not be track able during the delivery process.
- Packages shipped must display delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available if it is less than 12-24hour.
If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please Contact Us .

If your order is past the estimated delivery schedule and you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within 20 days from the ship date. Tracking information is available on most orders by logging into our site.
- If the Shipment tracking information indicates/shows the package/Item was/has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors.
- Package/Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be tracked and may take up to 1 2 - 15 business days to arrive.
If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact Customer Care for immediate assistance by sending a e mail and Phone Call. We may take 4-7 days to trace the Packet/Item (after you inform us the issue) shipped by us and Re-route back to you if it is not delivered, as shipping is not in our hands this happens we will do our best to get things delivered on right time.

I tems were in stock when order payment was confirmed, but soon after you ordered, one of the items in your order went out of stock .
In this case we will ship all the in-stock items that you have ordered first, and products which are out of stock after you ordered, this may happen because of high demand , we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. We will keep informing you the status, we deeply regret for the inconvenience may have caused, please co-operate with us.

The item was already out of stock, when you ordered/Pre - order
In this case we will ship all items in the order, only when the new stock arrives however, in some situations we might ship the items that are available, first. We will inform you how long would it might take for the next available goods which you Pre-Ordered and we will ship you immediately and Send you email confirming that we are ready to ship, together with shipment tracking number.
