If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means within 28 days) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. If orders are cancelled after dispatch, we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Staccini.com will honor requests for credits on price drops that occur within 3 working days of the original invoice date. Price drops beyond this date will not be matched. Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment (purchased items) and shipping.
We strive to provide a simple and easy solution for our clients to keep them satisfied and safe, thus we have numerous methods of payment available to our clients. Our primary method of payment is by credit card through PayPal, this includes American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept payment via Bank wire transfer to our Company Account, Western Union and other payment methods. All methods of payment are subject to verification, this process may delay the processing of your order indefinitely. In such cases the customer will be promptly notified the situation and given options regarding how to reinstate the order. Staccini.com is not liable for any costs or damages incurred resulting from authorizations or additional charges taken resulting in overdraft, unavailable funds fees or any other fee associated with an authorization or incorrect charge.
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable at any point to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect of any kind) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us.
Once received by the Customer You have a period of 24 hours in which to confirm that the goods and/or services are in accordance with their published specification/Manual. If you have not notified us within this 24 hour period that the goods and or services are not in accordance with their specification they will be deemed to have been accepted by you.
We will notify you of the means by which the goods and/or services are to be returned to Staccini or the manufacturer thereof. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods or services, and Staccini may deduct this from any sum owed to you.
If any returned goods are not faulty (Brand new goods has zero percent possibility as it is checked by Manufacturer, undergoes all kind of test before it is packed and shipped) and the goods have been opened or used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, at our discretion of up to 100% of the value of your order. If for any reason we had to Refund your money we will use a different means of refunding process not through PayPal and you accept that you will amicably resolve any issue if occurred without implicating, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees, nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the s ite will be uninterrupted or error-free. If orders are cancelled prior to or after dispatch, we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee . This charge is to cover the processing fees, handling fees, and costs associated with the placement, processing and execution of the order. We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as Staccini is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our offices. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at customer's expense.
We regret we cannot issue a replacement on any product which is lost in the mail. To cover yourself, we would advise you to send it by traceable mail in the event of loss or damage.
Please follow the instructions for returning goods.
1. Email us to get an RMA number. State your product & problem.
2. We will reply giving you details on where to send your product.
3. You send your product together with your receipt.
4. We test the product. If we find a defect we will offer you the replacement, an exchange.
All goods must be received back in unmarked original condition for us to be able to offer this as a service. We must receive the original goods back in well packed/not used condition before we can offer you the replacement.
Please note, a claim for the replacement must be made within 24 hours after your order was processed. We regret we cannot process any exchanges after this time. Shipping, handling fees are nonrefundable except in the case of Staccini error.
Concerning warranty retrieval, Staccini would be glad to assist you in the process associated with your specific manufacture, by providing insight and comprehensive information. Just be reminded that we are not the manufacture of the product nor are we a repair center or warranty center for the manufacture, we are a third party distributor of these products.
